does it work?
The following is an example of how we would approach a new project:
UK Telesales will work with you to
understand your products and services, your existing customers, your
unique selling points and comfort factors. This enables us to identify
new potential prospects and customers - it also helps us understand
your objectives, and to build a plan that will help achieve them.
We will then acquire and build a database of your target prospects (UK
Telesales can supply data if required). We carry out initial profiling/information
gathering to further understand the prospect. We then follow-up these
'profiled' prospects, talking directly to decision makers to identify
and qualify opportunities for your products or services.
Once telesales activity is underway we communicate regularly to discuss,
refine and improve each project.
We regularly produce comprehensive reports including performance stats
with a full breakdown of call results and sales opportunities.
We work a fixed number of hours each week per project, this is planned
at least two weeks in advance so that you always know what we are doing
and when.
